DESCRIPTION:FOREIGN & COMMONWEALTH OFFICE\, KING CHARLES STREET \n  \nYou are cordially invited to join us for the FCOA Annual Lecture\, to be delivered by Baroness Ashton\, former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and First Vice President of the European Commission.  Baroness Ashton will speak on the subject of Lessons in Foreign Policy. \n  \nAs Lancaster House is no longer available\, the lecture will now be held in the FCO Media Suite and followed by an opportunity to socialise and network over a glass of Christmas mulled wine and mince pies.  The FCO choir will sing a selection of carols at around 5 pm. \n  \nThe cost of this event is £12 per head. \n  \nBecause of the change of venue\, we have been obliged to postpone the Annual Reception. \n  \n
