SUMMARY:FCOA WALKING HOLIDAY 2019
DESCRIPTION:**THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT: FOR INFORMATION ONLY** \nRiviera Cinqe Terre \nFollowing last year’s strolls in Spain\, the FCOA walking group Ramblers holiday this year will be walking in Italy around the Cinque Terre\, flying to Genoa\, and staying at the Hotel Celeste in Sestri Levante. \nWe are offering a one-week holiday from 2 October.  To satisfy the wishes of members (including the young gazelles)\, the holiday will be led by 2 leaders providing each day 2 walks at different levels: the highest (6) will consist of 5 walks of about 9-10 miles with an ascent/descent of 650m; the lowest (4) will offer 5 walks of about 5 miles with an ascent/descent of 450m.  Your choice of walk can be made on the day.  There will also be a free day to explore the lands which inspired Keats\, Shelley and Byron; or a walk to Portofino\, relax on the beach or a day out in Genoa. \nWe will be based at the 3* Hotel Celeste\, situated behind its own private beach.  Breakfast and dinner will be taken in the hotel and local transport costs are included in the cost of the holiday.
